Marketing Manager | Khartoum, Sudan

As an internationally established company headquartered in Turkey, with a track record of 25 years in the logistics sector, we are looking for a ‘’Marketing Manager’’ for our logistics company located in Sudan. The Company has a large truck fleet, with offices in Khartoum and Port Sudan and employs about 150 people. The company is looking to grow its existing fleet as well as provide multi modal logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree, graduate from Business Administration, Economics or Marketing is a plus;
Min 5 years experience in a similar position;
Knowledge and experience in logistics/ land transport sector is a plus;
Good reading / writing of English and Arabic is a must;
Usage of MS Office programmes,
Good planning, organizational,coordinating and managerial skills are essential;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop customer relations are a must;
Attention to detail, and a sense of urgency and need to hit targets are paramount.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As ‘’Marketing Manager’’, you will be reporting to Country Manager and you will be responsible for following tasks :
Developing and executing marketing plans and strategies, increasing the customer portfolio, contracts and sales range;
Managing all marketing activities;
Developing good communications and contacts with government and state authorities are important aspects of the job;
Use of market research tools to determine effectiveness of marketing as well as customer perceptions and expectations are an essential part of the job scope.
