Marketing Officer | Beirut, Lebanon

- Assists with the implementation of the marketing strategy, specific objectives and targets as agreed.
- Develops promotional opportunities and ideas from concept through execution.
- Takes responsibility for originating and planning marketing, promotional, and sales campaigns.
- Manages and maintains positive relationships with designers, print houses, media partners and NGOS.
- Conducts field monitoring of in store merchandising and promotions.
- Prepares and monitors the budget of the marketing department.
- Controls raw materials stock level and maintains all required items above the minimum stock level.
- Works with designers and print houses to come up with required wrappers, covers, boxes and other relevant raw materials.
- Attends events as required out of normal office hours.
- Maintains statistics and information related to the overall operation of the department.
- Manages the display room.
- Commits to the quality system as to the implementation of the non conformity log, corrective action request, and preventive action request.

Skills
- BA in Marketing or Advertising.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Willing to travel abroad occasionally.
- University degree from one to the top five Lebanese Universities, with high GPA
