Partnership Manager | Carlson Marketing Dubai, UAE

Objective: To manage and develop a portfolio of multi-client partners within the UAE.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Acquisition of new partners, based on client brief and partner-client synergy.
- Negotiate exclusive agreements and offers on behalf of the client, ensuring mutual benefit for client and partner.
- Formulate and manage an execution strategy for partner-client activity
- Liaise with regional partner managers to share and maximise resources.

Working hours : Sun – Thurs 9am – 6pm
Travel requirements : Frequent travel within country

Requirements
University qualifications : Degree level
Previous experience : 2 years experience, preferably in CRM/Loyalty management.
Specialist knowledge : Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following sectors :

- Banking
- Hospitality
- Travel & Aviation
- Telecommunications
- Retail

Other Skills : Excellent negotiating skills are required in addition to strong sales and general business acumen.
Language Skills : Fluency in English is essential , fluency in Arabic an advantage
Computer Skills : Must be competent in Microsoft Office applications
