Our client, a Business comprising of manufacturing, distribution logistics, system integration and smart home solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Sharjah.The roles and responsibilities of this position are as follows- Direct the marketing activities of the company’s products and services to create brand awareness and increase customer loyalty- Study the product line history, potential markets, media costs, media response and budgeting issues- Coordinate with various media houses, to design and implement an effective advertising and promotional activities calendar- Ensure effective and profitable investment of allocated AandP Budget- Identify shifts in the market, demands and take advantage of them by using the USP of the brand to drive sales- Be creative and have ability to analyze statistical data to work out long term logistical plans- Conduct market research competitor surveys, brand positioning, database marketing and pricing analysis- Workout launch plans for new products and brands and coordinate with relevant suppliersagencies to create relevant POS materials, flyers, brochures, display stands etc

Skills

To be considered for this role you must display the following skills and attributes- Must have an MBA in Marketing- Must have more than 5 years experience within Marketing- UAE Drivers License is a must- Fluency in English- Preferably with experience in Lighting and Electrical- Intellectually robust with clear commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver growth- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead motivate and forge effective relationships at all levels internally, externally, strong influencing style and executve presence, articulate and confident- A respective industry thinker and thorough leader- Dynamic personality with strong background in marketing.
