The Role

International PR agency is looking to recruit a Group Director to manage Finance & Corporate team. They are looking for a candidate who has had experience with international and high profile financial and corporate clients. This will be a challenging and rewarding role within the agency.

The Role

• Overall direction & management of the Finance Practice
• Contributes to business plans to achieve business growth, profit & improvement
• Provide leadership & counsel to other team members to enhance the group’s operational performance
• Ensure proper resourcing is in place on all respective client accounts
• Outstanding client consulting skills with extensive experience of providing senior client counsel and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent knowledge of the Arabian business landscape and understanding of the communications/marketing mix within companies
• Advanced skills in steering business development, client acquisition & servicing, relationship management, ensuring revenue generation and enhancing profitability.
• Experienced in managing multi-regional PR programmes simultaneously; a self-motivator able to channel stress efficiently.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the new business process from initial lead generation to securing the revenue;
• Responsible for overseeing the new business process in line with best practice and acting as quality control for agency and team deliverables.

• Internal/employee communications (including change management and advising on key corporate announcements)
• Corporate branding/positioning, strategic planning and messaging

From an agency background, the candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapting accordingly. You must have managed high profile Financial accounts.
