The Role
My client a leading online and mobile information communication organisation based in Dubai and across MENA is currently urgently seeking a Country Manager to run the business based in KSA.
The main principal of the role is to pland and lead the business development of the newly opened office in Riyadh to achieve the objectives of the organisation.
The responsibilities of this role;
-Meet sales targets in the country as assigned by HO
-Prospect customers and partners within the country for business development purposes.
-Single Point of Contact of KSA business operations
-Compile country market general data and trends
-Implement corporate straregy in the country establishing a 5 year plan
-Manage and control investments and expenses according to the country plan
-Completely understand the products and services that my client offer
-Be commerically aware to ensure successful company strategy to the local market
-Monthly reports analyzing company operations in the country and providing recommendations about possible country structure
-Training & development of existing and potential candidates in the local market
Requirements
The ideal candidate must fit the below criteria
THIS POSITION IS FOR SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY
-10 years experience in selling technology or digital media solutions to Network Operators or media entertainment or working directly for Network Operators.
-Strong network of existing relationships within field of experience
-Track record in strategic sales and large account sales
-Ability to balance technical and business issues
-Ability to lead a team
-Bachelors degree in marketing, business or scient, MBA preferred
Salary SR30,000 + a very competitive bonus
