Responsibilities
•Responsible for coaching and training account executives in the region to achieve their goals.
•Achieve sales target for the region.
•Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
•Make & implement sales & marketing strategies.
•Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
•Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
•Ensure maximum revenue generation.
•Coaching indoor sales executives.
•Coordinate with Staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
•Ensure effective internal communications both within the Sales, Customer Support and Marketing team.
•Build effective relationships to achieve clients & team goals.
•Create & manage events.
