The Role

Leading Multi National Pharmaceutical company is urgently seeking to employ 3 Account Manager to be based in KSA.

You will develop & manage moderate retail-chain/outlets for the product and create positive relationships. Develop mutual business plans to drive agreed growth targets and set key performance indicators to achieve success. Drive proactive prescribing and sell the clinical superiority of the product . Maintain open and regular communication with other team members and to share customer related information with individuals as appropriate.

Requirements

Knowledge / Experience / Skills required
ESSENTIAL
Account Management and negotiation. Listening, questioning, communication, probing. Ability to coach. Degree level qualification. Explain complex things easily (inc Presentation skills). Analytical, numerical tactical and long-term thinking. Driving Licence. PC Literacy. Good interpersonal skills. Priority setting. Ability to act as Team player and leader
Preferred
3 years previous sales experience. English language
