Mezzan Holding Co, has a number of exciting, professional vacancies in the new Marketing Team:
* Marketing Director
The general remits for this role are to create, develop and implement marketing plans commensurate with the business plan to deliver profitable business growth.
* To proactively provide marketing services support for Mezzan’s business streams.
* To develop promotional plans targeted appropriately for the business.
* Provide Mezzan Holding Co with the insight and creative execution of the marketing mix to maximise sales to assist in the purchase decision, consumer segmentation and visualisation.
* Develop and police brand guidelines for the use and application of the brand portfolio across all brands.
* Support the business on initiatives as required; PR campaigns, Brand development and creative execution – assisting with agency management, International development and Website campaigns.
* Manage and motivate the through the provision of smart objectives, feedback and formal appraisals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a flair for marketing and likes to be part of a small but highly focused team.
You will typically have at least 8 years experience of (on-line) marketing (PPC / analytics / SEO etc) as well as traditional print and customer database management.
The ideal candidate will be a fluent English/Arabic speaker, commercially astute strategic thinker with a broad skill set and an ability to influence at all levels.
Very organised, self motivated, out going, friendly and approachable.
Experience gained within the FMCG industry and in business to consumer setting is essential as is an understanding of the product development.
