The Role
Global Player is currently seeking a Project Manager to develop commercially viable Exhibitions and to ensure the Exhibition is delivered to standards.
Some of your main responsibilities in this role will include:
• Writing promotionally-led programme and sales copy that are in the language of the market
• Acquiring top level speakers as defined during the research phase
• Being financially accountable for each event budget you control
• Project managing the team working on each event by managing project timelines and meeting all key project dates in the lifecycle of the event; and
• Managing the Exhibition on the day to ensure the most successful event possible
Requirements
• A track record in a Exhibition production role (preferably within B2B market)
• Previous work exposure to Middle Eastern markets (highly desirable)
• A Strong analysis and research background
• The ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines; and
• Strong communication skills and confident approach to dealing with top-level executives
