Sony Ericsson XperiaTM Mini Now Available in UAE

Dubai-UAE: 29 August, 2011 – Sony Ericsson, a global provider of mobile multimedia devices including feature-rich phones, accessories and PC cards, today announced the Middle East launch of XperiaTM mini, a feature-rich and compact smartphone that is built on the success of the original mini-series. The versatile gadget offers complete multimedia applications that enhance the entertainment experience.

The XperiaTM mini provides access to over 250,000 apps on the Android market and has a three-inch scratch-resistant, multi-touch glass screen. The improved user interface allows the display of up to 16 apps on the home screen.

The compact device is empowered by a 1GHz Qualcomm SnapdragonTM processor and runs on Google’s Android Gingerbread 2.3. Aesthetically designed, XperiaTM mini integrates best-in-class imaging and display technology from Sony, including Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine and HD video recording (720p).
