The Role
An innovative agency in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Account Manager, the agency specialized in Brand consulting, communications, events and commercial marketing and communications. As an Account Manager your will be responsible for creating and delivering activation plans for a number of client sponsorship properties and to align with the client’s internal structure.
The Role
As an Account Manager your will work across sponsorship management, external relations and internal relations.
Sponsorship management –
• Day to day contact with rights holders
• Oversee delivery of rights in association with rights holders (above)
• Support Account Directors in the delivery of sponsorship assets
• Responsible for managing the delivery of all relevant activation on time and to budget
• Quality control – responsible for accuracy of content relating to rights holders
External Relations –
• Work with other Account Managers to lead status meetings
• Day to day contact for other incumbent agencies
• Responsible for collating information on designated areas of responsibility for client reviews and end of season report
• Submission of job sheets in timely manor
• Responsible for budget tracking , working with Account Execs to ensure budget tracking system is in place
• Contribute to the development of processes to ensure efficient delivery of work
• Work with Account Execs to produce industry insight report on monthly basis
Internal Relations –
• Responsible for updating Account Director on day to day basis
• Support other Account Managers and Account Executive on all client work
• Work with account team to deliver all activation plans
• work with team to ensure a consistent approach is taken when it comes to planning, processes and delivery
Requirements
The Person
• Need to have previous agency experience
• Experience of working with sports and sponsorship accounts
• Happy to be based in Abu Dhabi
• Excellent command of the English language
