The Role
Our client is leading Shopping Mall in Dubai and looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator.
Based in Dubai, and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely to set the strategic plans, marketing campaigns, build the brand, promote sponsorship, run events and much more. This is a very hands on role that will give you exposure to all aspects of the successful running of the PR and Marketing departments, as well as working in a small team. You will also advise the Retailers on how to improve footfall and work on creative marketing strategies and also manage different advertising and marketing agencies.
Requirements
The successful candidates must be living in Dubai with a Marketing Degree and an interest in marketing. You must have a perfect command of English with a confident and proactive personality with a can do attitude. You must be good with numerical data and be a strong communicator with a creative flair for events.
I am looking to hire staff for the upcoming Eye on Earth Summit at ADNEC. Please provide me a quote of your services for hired staff onsite.
Please provide me with the daily and/or hourly rate.
Meals will be included for staff.
Hours of program: 7 am – 6 pm daily

REGISTRATION STAFF

Qualifications: Knowledge of event registration, ability to type at least 45 wpm, can use a computer, can think quickly, and calm under pressure

BREAKOUT SESSION STAFF/HOSTESS

Qualifications:
This role will be standing outside the breakout session rooms, using scanners to check badges, handout and collect materials/surveys.
There will be a lead Breakout Session manager they will report to.
They don’t have to understand technology.
This person has to have a “sense of urgency”.
MEDIA STAFF
Qty 2
Qualifications: Greeters of guests, and people that are able to run necessary errands as requested by event staff.
The media team might ask them to make copies, help collate materials, or help around media office.
This person has to have a “sense of urgency”.
This role will be at Aloft Hotel assisting media team with greeting and any errands that need
HOSTESSES/RUNNERS
Qty 5
Qualifications: Greeters of guests, and people that will able to run necessary errands as requested by event staff.
Uniform for all staff: Black slacks, white or black button up shirt or polo shirt (must be pressed and clean). Black shoes…No tennis shoes or open toed sandals
Very professional attired, ironed attire. Suggest no high heels, since standing is required for long periods of time.
