JOB SUMMARY
To efficiently plan, promote, organize and execute the sales activities of Freighworks (FW) products. To ensure that Freightworks receives the maximum exposure and to successfully achieve sales and marketing targets by implementing pre-designed strategies and exploiting all business opportunities to safeguard and develop the corporate image in the local and international markets.
JOB OUTLINE
• Plans, recommends annual sales, business targets and promotional action plans/targets to the Freightworks Manager based on market needs and feedback, competitors activities and subsequently assists in designing and developing sales and marketing strategies for the territory in order to ensure growth in revenue and market share for Freightworks.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to ensure that Freight trade and public in general are made aware of the existence, variety, competitive prices and quality of Freightworks products. Coordinate the distribution of quality marketing / promotional collateral & material.
• Maintain existing clients and continuously develop new clients for the Company. Work in association with Sales coordinator to ensure that service is delivered to customers
• Deal with complaints, suggestions, problems and requirements of potential customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction & good long term relations between customers & overseas agents.
• Assist credit control department in collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Attend weekly Sales meetings with Sales Manager and other members of the team.
• Prepare weekly call plans and also submit weekly reports of Sales visits with progress. This could be through the mail or through Sales CRM.
• Actively and closely interact with existing as well as potential clients to establish and enhance long term business relations to achieve/exceed sales targets and maintain regular contact with agents in order to evaluate their service standards, recommend and implement sales and marketing activities to achieve the Sales and Marketing objectives of the company.
